Who runs this

The All-Involve Feedback Board is operated by All-Involve. It sits at reports.all-involve.com and is separate from the main All-Involve site.

What we collect

• Email address, display name, password — needed to create your account. Passwords are stored as salted hashes only; nobody, including us, can read them back.
• Everything you submit — reports, additions, uploaded images, and your votes. These are the point.
• IP address — used only for per-address rate limits, so a single visitor can't flood the queue. Not shared, not sold, not attached to your account for tracking.
• Session cookies — one signed cookie per browser keeps you logged in for 30 days. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

What's public

The board is anonymous. Every submission and addition renders as Anonymous, or Anonymous · Staff for posts from the All-Involve team. Your name and email are visible only to moderators, inside the admin panel, and never on any public page.

Third parties

One only: Cloudflare Turnstile runs the “are you human?” check on the signup, login, and submit forms. It reads a browser fingerprint to score the request. It does not use tracking cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for their details.

No analytics, no advertising SDKs, no session recorders. The board runs on Cloudflare's network for its DNS and certificate, but your submissions are stored on our own database, not with them.

How long we keep it

Reports are retained indefinitely — including ones we decided not to publish — so nothing you submit is quietly dropped. Notifications are kept in-app until you delete your account. Rate-limit counters are transient and reset within the hour.

Your rights

• See what we hold on you. Email the address below and we'll send you your account record and every report and addition tied to it.
• Correct or delete it. Same address. Deleting your account removes your identity from every submission — the submissions themselves stay on the board attributed to Anonymous, because the community discussion around them is not yours to remove.
• Withdraw consent. Log out and stop using the board. We'll keep the account row until you ask us to delete it.
